Hello!  Life goes on in Nutsville, Virginia.  Amazingly, I made it back from sunny Fort Myers without incident.  Finals are licking their chops waiting to devour us week after next, but the holidays are ahead. 

Did you know that Alexander Hamilton could speak French fairly fluently and recite the Hebrew Decalogue before reaching the age of twelve?  Sort of like the fact that Condleezza Rice went the University of Denver at 15 and graduated at 19.  Hamilton was an immigrant who rose to become an American statesman.  Rice is an African American who has destroyed all sorts of perceived racial barriers.  Talent, intelligence, and drive are color blind and race oblivious.
