I love Him. That's all this is here to say. He's the Person I wake up to meet. He's the One who takes me through mundane days at a job that isn't my favorite and makes them special just because He's there. 

He's the One i see in my mind's eye when I need a friend. He's the brother I never had, the companion I've always wanted. I can't see anything He hasn't already seen. I can't say anything He hasn't already heard before I knew I would say it myself. 

He's not controlling; He's not harsh; and He's not shaming.

He's funny, and He's fun. He shows me the unusual side of things. 

He's smart. When I'm at a loss, He always knows what to do, but He doesn't yell at me if I make the wrong decision. 

His arms are open; His hands are gentle; His smile keeps me warm in a freezing cold world. He's sweet.

He's in charge, but He doesn't use His power to coerce me. He's protective and gentle and full of peace, a peace He holds out to me if I'll only take it. 

I can't believe I get to live my entire life with Him. 

He's Jesus, and He's Love.
